Mustache Bash Part 1

I'm going to be honest, there were some days in the beginning of the year that I doubted that I would every again have the opportunity to plan a baby shower. Yet, I still pinned ideas and made plans in the hopes of staying positive and trusting in the Lord that He knew the best time for us to become pregnant again. He did. So with all of the fertility struggles and many doctors visits, I was ready to plan a Big Baby Bash and celebrate the miracle of Charleston.

So it all started with the invitation and it ended with a great day of celebration, smiles, warmed hearts, and a whole lot of mustaches! The amount of gifts, love, and support was overwhelming and it was just the charge I needed to finish out this pregnancy and gear up for the highly anticipated trip to the hospital.  I am so thankful to my parents, fabulous sister in law, Ashley, and every single person who made the shower a success. I truly appreciate and love each of you.

Bump Ahead

Check out our maternity photo session with Lisa Chapman- it should only take a minute. We just love this cotton field and, of course, Lisa's work. It can be hard to take a good picture when you are the size of a house, but she made it work! (By the way, turn your volume on for a Louis Armstrong treat.)

Nursery Rhymes

I am so looking forward to bringing a special little boy home to this room.

Turkey Baby

Happy Birthday to my very own Thanksgiving turkey, Cody! I have always been jealous when Cody's birthday falls on Turkey Day, which it did not this year.  How awesome to have presents and a Thanksgiving feast in one day! Hooray for November birthdays!

Stork Watch

Surprise! Cody and I are expecting! Actually, we've BEEN expecting for the last eight months, we have just been very hesitant in sharing our news with the world- as you can imagine, I'm sure. However, after months of debate and prayer, God gave us the go ahead to announce our news and ask for guidance, comfort, and prayers from friends, family, and members of the community. The amount of support and love has been overwhelming and we feel so blessed to have so many loved ones cheering us on as we anticipate the safe arrival of our second child, Charleston. We truly thank you and feel your love.

As of this coming Monday, we will have three weeks to go before heading to the hospital to meet this little papoose. Christmas is arriving early in the Bunyard house and we can not wait!

So let's not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don't give up. Galatians 6:9
